What is the problem?

No WIFI connection on initial boot

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

RPI 3B+ latest version as of yesterday. Just need to get to raspi-config, or the Octoprint config file using nano for setup (country, wifi, ssh , etc) so I can configure to allow web browser for tailoring to my Snapmaker A350T. Start needs to be HDMI & keyboard to rpi for initialization. suddenly raspi-config did not work.

When you flash the OctoPi image using the Raspberry Pi imager, there are options to set the wifi network & password before you flash it. Did that not work for you?

You can edit the configuration file (octopi-wpa-supplicant.txt) by removing the SD card from the Pi, and editing the file from another device.
