Runout Sensor will alway detect at the befginn of the print

Hy guys

i have a problem with my printers (anycubic i3 mega and ender 3).
On each print, the printer will during the first layer detect the runout sensor. i need to refill the filament. The filament is not empty, but the runout sensor will be trigger.
Always during the first layer (mostly in the first 1-2 minutes after started)...
When i do the filament change, its okay an will not be trigger again.
Thats really uncomfortable

mostly i disable the sensor, when i know thats i have really enough filament, becaus i want to prevent some fail errors

This appears to be a firmware issue, not one of OctoPrint

Is the runout sensor on the printer main board or are you using a plugin for Octoprint?
If a plugin, which one and more details are needed. If on the mainboard, are you getting notification through Octoprint or is it just pausing the print? Again more details would be needed.
