SerialException: 'device reports readiness to read but returned no data

What is the problem?

SerialException: 'device reports readiness to read but returned no data. randomly during printing

What did you already try to solve it?

replaced 4.2.7 ender motherboard with new but same because maybe usb port was going bad. no change.
replaced usb cable with shielded usb cable with ferrite beads. no change. deleted everything and flashed new firmware to ender also deleted octoprint and started over with fresh build didnt restore backup. replaced 27w power supply with a 45w canakit power supply. also ender3v2 and raspberry pi5 plugged into a powervar power conditioner and a APC 1500ups together and apart. also put on separate circuits from each other. dumped sdcard and went to nvme ssd2280 1tb and ice cooling tower pi5 never gets over 51 degrees. works great if printing from sdcard on printer.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

yes

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

this printer has ran its baud rate at 250000 for 6+months no issues. i set the baud rate back down to 115200 seems to be working with no issues as of two 21hr prints. time will tell i guess.
