What is the problem?

Should this camera work when I install the new camera stack Octopi on a raspberry Pi V4B?
I just want to know if this should work. Tried to ask in previous post but I must have done something wrong as I have yet to get an answer with all data provided. I just want to be sure I'm not running down a road with no end.

If you are asking if the new camera stack supports Arducam, it should.

There are even non OctoPi configuration files for it on the Github page.
However you merely need to adjust the OctoPi configuration file after adding the camera per Gina's post.

Thanks for your time and information. After exhausting several attempts to get the camera to work, I now believe the module is bad. I've ordered another pi camera and will try again.

Bingo! After hooking up the new Arducam, Octoprint recognizes and the camera works!
