What is the problem?
I cant seem to access my printer via octoprint through the TFT usb port, even if i plug the tft cable out. How do i make it work as the zero2w doesnt have the standard usb connection so i cant connect with the "printer" cable to the other usb port on the side?
What did you already try to solve it?

Have you tried running in safe mode?
Yes
Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
no
I'm not sure what you mean by "TFT usb port".
The RPi Zero 2W is powered via a micro USB socket and has a micro USB On-The-Go (OTG) port. Video output is via a mini HDMI port.
If you can't find a micro USB to whatever your printer needs on the other end, then there are micro USB to USB-A adapters (or short cables) that should get you connected to your printer.
I don't believe the micro USB power socket can be used for anything but power in.
