What is the problem?

I can't connect the printer to octoprint
State: Offline (Error: Could not write to serial port)
/dev/ttyAMA0 or AUTO

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version 0.17.0, OctoPi version 1.3.12, printer Prusa i3 MK3s, firmware 3.9.1, browser Crhome 85, operating system Windows 10

We can't help because we have too little information.
Please share the logs: octoprint.log and serial.log (you may have to enable serial.log first)

Have you tried putting
/dev/ttyACM0
into the setup? (I have both in /dev, ttyACM0 and ttyAMA0 - but the printer always shows up as ttyACA0.)
