What is the problem?
Does Octoprint support the Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra? I do not see it listed, only the Guider 2. I do not know enough about these printers to know if the 3 communicates like the 2.

Probably not.
The creator of the plugin that made communication with those printers possible gave up, because flashforge wasn't any help at all and every printer update could break everything again.
You can of course try it, but don't get your hopes up too high.
