Temperature Controls not working Monoprice Select Mini V1

What is the problem?

Actual T readout is stuck at -2538.0°C and won't preheat at all. I can move and jog just fine, but temperature controls won't work.

What did you already try to solve it?

Restarted printer, octopi, took printer apart to see if something was disconnected, installed the compatibility plugin.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No

It seems that the thermistors are not connected or the the wires are broken.
