Temperature offsets don't do anything

What is the problem?

The temperature offsets don't do anything

What did you already try to solve it?

Enter an offset, print, offset gets ignored.

I need to raise the temperature 20 degrees for one type of filament, but there is no way to do it other than watching the temperature and quickly reacting whenever the gcode sets it.

We can't really say much without any information about your setup or the systeminfo bundle. Temperature offsets work just fine for me so there must be something in your setup that is causing it to not work. A test in safe mode would exclude any 3rd party plugin from being the issue.

Offsets are ignored in safe mode as well.

What did you say what printer you use?

Sorry, it's an FLSUN QQ-S Pro.

There are these messages all over the place in the octoprint.log:

2022-04-14 10:45:31,830 - octoprint.util.comm - INFO - Externally triggered heatup detected

Does the printer do something automatically?

Can you enable the serial.log, reproduce the issue and then upload either a new systeminfo bundle or just the serial.log file?
