Temperatures Reached Notifications

I have search the forum, but didn't find anything on this subject except this [Plugin Idea] Notification of reaching the set temperature.

I'm looking for something a little different AND I'm not going to say how easy it would be to create.

I'm looking for an easy to set-up way to get notified when the hotend or bed are above a trigger point (i.e. they are heated up). AND to continue to send a notification if the printer is not doing anything.

I have the problem of getting distracted by grandchildren or my wife after warming up the printer and remembering hours later the hotend and bed or just cooking away in the basement.

If there is an easy way to do this, I'd like to know.

P.S. I'm using OctoApp on my cell. I'll try to cross post this question there as well.

You may try OctoPod.

It has various notifications.

The solution I use is the OctoPrint-BetterHeaterTimeout plugin.
