TouchUI won't load after 1.3.9 update

What is the problem?
I recently updated Octoprint to 1.3.9 and since the update TouchUI will not start. I get the "Startup failed" screen.

What did you already try to solve it?
I've rebooted several times and reloaded the TouchUI plugin.

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)

I am new to Octoprint and Linux, but have a computer background so I can follow directions. Any assistance is appreciated.

For specific plugin issues, you're probably better off reporting it on the issue tracker for that plugin as not all plugin devs will check this section of the forum looking for issues
