Transfering old configurations from old install

What is the problem?

I have an old install that doesn't work, i copied files from old version to my pc and reinstalled with stable version and its working. any way i can transfer extensions and settings to them to the new install. maybe even the past prints and printer configuration would be great. I do not know the version of octoprint is on it

not sure if this would be helpful but issue.txt file on the old version is:

Hello @drewex !

Usually you run a backup, one of OctoPrint's features.

The you you install a new an up to date OctoPi.

During startup of this new OctoPi you can then restore the backup.

I assume you mean plugins.

Thank you quick reply, what if i cannot access the old version and i dont have a backup, i only have the files copied to my pc. And yes plugins
