What did you already try to solve it?

Just try to keep loading , did a restart of computer

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Can't get to that point

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

WRITE HEREI have had Octoprint for 3 years, on my Prusa MK3s, with a pie installed. I can't get the logs because it will not come on when clicking my normal Octoprint icon on my tool bar. I just used it about a month ago or less. I have restarted computer, 3d printer, and pie, with no luck. I updated Octoprint and all the add ons last time I was on, and it ran fine. I have ran acreoss this problem before, but just reloaded the page and started up. I am using a Windows 10 machine. Don't know what more I can tell you. Just checked my network IP address, and it says 0.25 instead of 0.26, but that doesn't change anything , and has always connected with the 0.26
This is the error that I come up with:: This site can’t be reached

You've provided no information about your setup here. It is very difficult to suggest anything when we don't even know if you've actually installed OctoPrint or where or how you've installed it.

Please consider adding as much information as possible to your post, because we are not mind readers.

check on your router I bet the IP address has changed for octoprint.

Yep that is what it was, reassigned another ip address. Thanks for the advise. Another thing is I usually have to hit connect several times to get connected. I have hit it about 4 times and did not connect at 11500 baud rate, then changed it to Auto and it connected. Don't know why. Thanks bunches.
