Tryin to edit dhcpd.conf python 3

What is the problem?
im trying to edit dhcpd.conf, i edit it yesterday and added wlan config to it .200 instead of .115.
but when i start up octopi, it says ip is 192.*..115
then when i login it says 115 and 200 ? so something is wrong.

and now when im trying to edit dhcpd.conf its says " new file " nothing is in it.

What did you already try to solve it?
trying to edit it?
Logs (syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
im an newbee to this.
Additional information about your network (Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ...)

could it be that you used ethernet during setup and it's still connected? that would explain the two ips

Editing dhcpcd.conf, using ifconfig add command, and other normal networking management tools have not worked for me either. Best case, on reboot, the interface returns to the original IP address that was leased during initial setup. Sorry i dont have any help for you, just raising my hand that I could not figure it out either (I'm trying to assign two static IPs to one interface). Good luck
