What is the problem?
My print from the ocotprint always prints in the corner of the print bed and doesn't print in the center of the print bed.
What did you already try to solve it?
I have already set my printer dimensions on octoprint and played around with lower left and center options
It's your slicer that decides where stuff is placed in your sliced gcode files. OctoPrint only reads them and pipes them through. The settings you quoted only influence visualizations and files sliced through OctoPrint, not already sliced files. It also says so on the settings.
Check your slicer.
