What is the problem?
When attempting to connect to the printer for the first time on the octoprint website after connecting to it through the IP address, it says "State: *Offline after error No more candidates to test and no working port/baudrate combination detected" and going into the terminal viewer it says "Performing autodetection with 0 port/baudrate candidates"
What did you already try to solve it?
I reinstalled Octoprint a few times and attempted to roll it back a version though I was still getting the same error of it not detecting any connections

First of all the printer has to be turned on.
Then you should try other cables. Most of the time the cable is either broken or got no data lines.
