What is the problem?

Unable to "Create Account" during Access control step of Setup Wizard. I add a user, and passwords, all turn green, when i click the create account button nothing happens.

What did you already try to solve it?

I searched through the forums but was unable to find anything to help.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Systeminfo Bundle

You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog ... no bundle, no support!)

I can't get to the System info bundle as I can't bypass the Access Control step.

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

Newest version of octopi, without the camera stack?

Are you able to find your browser console logs when you try and log in, or get the octoprint.log file from SSH'ing into the Raspberry Pi?
