What is the problem?
All guides I can find tell me to flash my SD card, mount the drive, and make simple edits to an octopi-wpa-supplicant.txt file in the drive's new boot directory. But there is no file to edit.
What did you already try to solve it?
Flash the drive with Etcher, flash the drive again with a dd command, tried downloading a release directly from github in case the octoprint website had a bad link. It really isn't there; the closest related thing is, the symlink in etc/wpa_supplicant which is pointing to /boot/octopi-wpa-supplicant.txt.
Logs (syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
