Unable to update plugins because of

Hi

Can someone please help me. I am unable to update any plugins due to this error I receive

WARNING: Ignoring invalid distribution -ctoeverywhere (/home/pi/oprint/lib/python3.7/site-packages)

I have uninstalled OctoEverywhere but did does not help
