It's a good idea to use a storage scope to better "catch" and measure the negative going event.

@bossler maybe has the smarter fix for the controller sinking power from the Raspi: turn off the USB port. (I assumed that this would take down the device but he's got this working with OctoPrint.)

Ixnay on the Canakit if you have a model 3B+. I get the same errors, as do many others. I wish I knew what the issue was: I see undervoltage reported in the logs but it looks like a startup surge, like your lights dimming when something heavy starts up. It's not consistent and never happens during a print. Β―_(ツ)_/Β―

Yes, I did. These devices are failing now, even if they weren't 5 years ago. Why would I not share that?
