What is the problem?

changing resolution and fps to manufacture spec

when viewing camera thru printoid flickering is gone
On which device are you using chrome?
Im running it on my desktop
There are different options why the cam isn't working correctly on your desktop.
For example it could be the desktop can't handle it. Depending on how old the processor is it might not be able to process a big mjpeg stream embedded in the webinterface.
Check your taskmanager when the stream is running.
It could be a problem with chrome - test other browsers.
If your desktop is connected via wifi to your home network the connection might be too slow to transmit all the data which can be 100-150mbit on a high quality 1080p stream.

the camera setting are at 720 30 fps
the camera did work without problems for about a year but suddenly appeared about a month ago
The desk top is ethernered in to the router
the processor is a ryzen 5 5600x with 32gb of ram
I have exactly same problem with all my printers. What I have investigated this problem I have got feeling that mjpegstreamer as software is just trash.
