USB WebCam Raspi does not boot. Even docker image is not booting.
Only the octoimage boots. But why??

Hi,
i use the standard Raspi 32 bit Image with GUI.
If i install octopi on it with the WebCam everything works fine.
Except i power off the Raspi and power it on again.
Than the Raspi didn't boot. Only the red led is on. No green LED blinking...
If i disconnect the Webcam the Raspi is booting. Then i can reconnect the WebCam and everything is fine.
If i use your official docker image i have the same problem.
Only if i use your Raspi Octoprint image i do not have this boot problems.
So i guess the problem is somewhere in the Raspi image. But where???
Some Ideas??
And yes i tried an active usb-dock. Same Problem.
