Vertical Lines HDMI display

I have a 7 in HDMI display that all i get is vertical lines on. I cannot see anything else. I'm only using this display to get everything set up as I currently only have 1 monitor for my PC to set up my web interface for octoprint.

confirmed its not the monitor and the pi, I have another Pi set up as a retro console, and that displays fine. It does show up on my other monitor.

Display is Elcrow hdmi touch screen HDMI.

Did you install any plugins or drivers yet or is it a freshly flashed image?

You could try to configure the correct resolution and refresh rate in the config.txt in the boot partitionof the sd card
