What is the problem?

During the software update, I received the following message:
WARNING: The script octoprint is installed in '/home/debian/.local/bin' which is not on PATH.

What should I do?

What did you already try to solve it?

Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible)

The installation is on Beaglebone Black.

Install OctoPrint the recommended way, which involves creating a virtualenv, NOT globally or at user level.

Well we have no idea what you did so far - so we can't tell you how to undo it :smiley:

Easiest way - just start over with a fresh debian install
