**Update
On a fresh install of Rpi, what streaming software have you installed mjpg-streamer, inlab-mjpg-streamer ??

With the OctoPi image, it would be mjpg-streamer
through the webcamd scripts.

The problem is still ongoing switched to a USB cam for the time being and that works flawlessly. But I would like to get my Logitech webcam back and use the pi cam. Any and all help is welcome, and yes mjpeg-streamer is installed thank you for the suggestion.
Same here. Upgraded my raspi and octopi, now Logitech C270 "stopped" working. BUT if I open the stream in a separate tab, it takes about 60 secs and voila - the stream appears. OctoRemote on android shows the stream instantly. Strange!
/home/pi/.octoprint/logs has no webcamd.log so no idea where I might find more info about the issue.
If you want to find the webcamd.log, this is in /var/log/webcamd.log
, as it is not part of OctoPrint.
No webcamd.log available there
