I can get the video stream using vlc.

Additional information about your setup
OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible
Everything is up to date. This is a manually installed octoprint 1.9.3 on a Rocky Linux 8.8 box. Need to get octoprint to use /dev/video0 for the webcam if that's possible. It was working a month or so ago and after some idle time on the printer it's not working now. Not sure what changed to cause it to not be working now. I don't recall doing anything that would have affected the webcam in any way.
