Webcam not detected for Octopi setup

What is the problem?
I am attempting to setup the webcam feature and on octoprint it is not loading.
What did you already try to solve it?
I have checked the connections to ensure proper install.
I have went into the command log and entered some commands. It seems the webcam is not detected and neither is it supported? Kind of stumped on where to go from here.

OctoPrint version : 1.3.10
OctoPi version : 0.16.0

It would help to know the make and model of your camera. Most of them are plug-and-play, so I'm guessing either the webcam is odd, or broken. Can you plug it into another PC to see if it works there?
