Webcam not showing in the webcam tab after update

Logitech, C270

After upgrading to Version 1.5.1 I see that the Webcam Tab is not showing anything even if the webcam can be reached without issues. I tried to restart the webcamd from cli but does not help.

I tried to see it in chrome and firefox and it's the same problem. I will post some screenshots also but you can see here that the response is 200 and still he does not show anything.

As written in the 1.5.0 release notes (which really should always be read) that plugin has a compatibility issue:

Really sorry :frowning: missed that. And is there a webcam plugin or something else that works in this version? Thanks lots for the answer

After uninstalling the plugin and installing this https://github.com/gruvin/OctoPrint-WebcamTab all works well. Thanks lots for the help and sorry for the trouble

Yeah, @gruvin is trying to adopt the official one just waiting for word that he has changed the plugin identifier back to the original so we can transition the official plugin listing to his fork. I also wanted to point out that your reply to foosel

was answered by her in the very previous post. She gave you an alternative to use, please make sure to read both release notes and forum post replies in their entirety...
