I have just updated to V 1.11.2 and now the interface is showing the webcam in the control tab.
The webcam support is disabled
Anyone any ideas?

Did you restart OctoPrint after making this change and force refresh the browser?
Yes, the update did a restart at the end of the update procedure and I have rebooted the Raspberry Pi.
Following you suggestion I Ctrl - F5'd the browser and all seems OK.
