What is the problem?
I seem to be missing a piece of the puzzle in getting a webcam working
What did you already try to solve it?
I have read as much as I can understand
Logs (/var/log/webcamd.log, syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
/var/log/webcamd.log does not exist
syslog contains no info on apparent "problem"
dmesg contains no info on apparent "problem"
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, ...)
OrangePi PC+ with Armbian/Octoprint image
