Webcam stream loading forever

What is the problem?
For some reason, my camera stopped working.

What did you already try to solve it?

pi@octopi:~ $ raspistill -o first-light.jpg
mmal: mmal_vc_component_enable: failed to enable component: ENOSPC
mmal: camera component couldn't be enabled

http://octopi.local:8080/?action=snapshot - gives a blank page with no access.
The snapshot test failed; The Stream test gives a blank page.

Raspberry Pi type: Rasbperry Pi Zero W
OctoPrint version, OctoPi version: OctoPrint 1.3.9 running on OctoPi 0.15.1

if it suddenly quit working, and the ribbon cable is seated properly at both ends, I would suspect the camera died.

This has happened to mi PI CAM. it was the flat cable from the board to the lens.
