Webstream in control panel doesn't work on all devices

What is the problem?
The webstream from the camera in the control panel and in the webstream url: http://raspberry_pi_ip/webcam/?action=stream don't work on some devices. On others it works fine. All are using the latest version of Chrome. All devices are connected to the same WiFi network.

What did you already try to solve it?
Tried playing around with all camera settings and tried installing Resource Override Chrome extension as suggested in other similar topics.

Problem solved. I changed the CSS settings through the Themify plugin so that the Octoprint page takes up the entire screen and miraculously it now shows the webstream from the Pi camera on all devices.
