What does Octoprint do if you hit "pause"?

So... as mentioned above: What happens when you hit pause?

My printer (Anycubic i3 Mega) is said to not understand gcode pause commands. So if you want to swap filaments you have to use the printers display to pause... or just hit pause in octoprint.
Pause and resume from octoprint works smoothly, so... what does octoprint do?

Thanks,
Sven

You can easily find out if you jump to the terminal tab and then hit pause (during a print). You will then see what Gcodes Octoprint sends

Uh... thanks. Yeah, that would have been the easy way. No idea why you never see it yourself.
