What is the video streaming software used on Octopi?

I am using the Raspberry PI 3 B+ with a Logitech C270 camera and could not be happier with this settup.

I was wondering what is the software that is capturing the video and streaming it? For I would like to use it on my other Raspberry PI 3 B+ non-Octopi setups.
