What is "Would you like to apply OS customisation settings"?

What is the problem?

I have not updated Octoprint the last two weeks but all of a sudden, it failed to work.
So I reinstalled it using the method stated below on my Windows 10 PC:

OctoPrint.org - Download & Setup OctoPrint

Unlike 1-2 years ago, I used ctrl+shift+x to open Advanced Options and had it automatically filled in the information for me.

Then I was asked "Would you like to apply OS customisation settings?".
What is that? Am I supposed to click Yes or No?

What did you already try to solve it?

Reinstall

If you changed anything in the advanced options you want to click on yes
