What's the easiest touch screen UI for OctoP and RaspOS /w Desktop setup

Hello,

I got Octoprint installed on RaspOS via the manual install steps and a Rasp 7" touch screen. The screen itself is working fine. For a Desktop setup with RaspOS what is the easiest way to install (and looks nice). After installing the TouchUI plugin and rebooting, not sure how to start that thing with a desktop setup.

Didn't realize TouchUI was through the browser and that you just need to do localhost:5000.

FYI, I'll update this post eventually with how to full screen chrome.
