When entering IP, a blank screen appears

I'm using Google Translate, please excuse me if there is any inaccuracy

What is the problem?

After configuring the new Octoprint camera stack, when entering the IP into the computer to access the Octoprint screen, the screen appears blank.

What did you already try to solve it?

I have followed all the tutorials for both Prusa and Octoprint, I have tried it a thousand times in various ways and the result is always the same, I have tried it via WiFi and via Ethernet connection

Have you tried running in safe mode?

no

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

I haven't tried it

Systeminfo Bundle

You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog ... no bundle, no support!)

I can't access the octoprint dialog box, so I can't get system information

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

I have a raspberry pi 4B, some time ago I had it configured with octoprint and a logi 270 camera, connected to a prusa mk3s+, working well, for a while I had it disconnected, a few days ago I reconnected it, installed the new camera stack, since I plan to put two logi 270 usb cameras, I have followed all the configuration manuals for both prusa and octoprint, downloaded the image using the raspberry pi image and the win32 disk image, I have used two different sd, I have modified the octopi-wpa-supplicanrt.txt file, using notepad++, entering the ssid and the wifi password, as well as indicating the country, in this case Spain, I have used the advance ip scan and the moden to see what ip is assigned, I have used putty as indicated, in short, it seems that everything is correct, but the moment I access the ip in the computer, a translucent white screen appears, where you can read, in the upper strip, octoprint and its symbol, and login, at the bottom a bell where it says "printer notification" and a legend that says "there are currently no notification from your printer", finally indicate that I have tried it in the prusa mk3s + and in a CR-10, through wifi and by ethernet cable, I must indicate that both the wifi and the ethernet come from a plc that I have connected to the electrical network since the modem is on another floor, please help me, thank you in advance and I do not know if you need more information
