Where are the Editor Collection settings stored?

What is the problem?
After updating plugins, all manual settings within the Editor Collection are gone.
Even when I enter new settings, I can't find them.
What did you already try to solve it?
Searched for the lost settings in multiple files.

Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)

OctoPi 0.17.0
OctoPrint 1.4.0
Printer: Vivedino T-Rex 3 with Marlin 2.0.5.3
Browser: Firefox on Win 10

EDIT:

Found it there.
Now I have an eye on updates if the settings will be gone again.
