This is a noob question, but I can't seem to find the answer. Sorry. I have my Octopi booting up great and connecting to my wifi. However, my computer wired into the same router can't see it in the browser.
All my other wifi computers and tablets can hop on the WiFi and see the Octopi running great (webcam working, control the printer, etc). Any idea what I need to do to have the wired computer be able to find it?
If the wired computer is a Microsoft computer, then it may not have the service responsible for doing that lookup.
My MacBook (OSX) includes Bonjour out-of-the-box. The OctoPi image seems to have Bonjour and perhaps a couple other name broadcasting protocols.
Try this.
But of course, it could be a problem with your wi-fi router.
Turned out I'm an idiot. I didn't realize my PC was connected to a different router. Thanks for offering the advice.
