Wifi on new router

Pi 3B+, Windows 11, EE Smart Hub.

I have been using Octopi for years, most recently just to run a webcam so I can monitor the print.

However I've changed ISP to EE who have a wifi6 router, I've no idea if that is a problem but obviously I had to update the WiFi details on the pi.

I was not able to so I decide to reinstall octopi something I've done before a number of times. I entered my name and password and the WiFi credentials ssid and WiFi password saved the changes and let raspberry pi imager flash the card

It failed to connect, I have tried several times and I'm at a loss.

Any help you can offer will be appreciated.

The Pi 3B+ is not compatible with WiFi 6 (it supports 5GHz, but that does not mean also WiFi 6!). You'll have either to enable a compatible mode on your router or get a USB WiFi module with WiFi 6 for your Pi.

I have it connected, not to 6 but it is connected and thats all I need

Thanks
