I cant find anything about it online.
This has been asked for before but nothing was ever developed and made available.
The closest thing to a solution with a Raspberry Pi would be https://blogs.windows.com/windowsdeveloper/2016/05/20/network-3d-printing-with-windows-10-iot-core/ but that doesn't involve OctoPrint.
Can you tell us why you want to use Windows 3D Builder? There are other applications available that can be interfaced with OctoPrint so maybe we can help you find an alternative once we understand you need.
