What is the problem?

Hi forum! I'm very new to all of this and I'm trying to set up Octoprint on a work network at KU. I would email someone directly but I couldn't find where to do so.

If you guys have any idea what setting this up entails I'd be grateful for the info.

Complete Logs

octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support! Not log excerpts, complete logs.)

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

The download page has instructions of how to set up OctoPi, scroll below the 'download' button to 'Setting up OctoPi'. If you get stuck, come back here.

If you aren't useing OctoPi, you would need to find this out from where you got the OS
