The part is clearly small enough to fit on the print bed.
Also, prime lines generated by slicers are regularly right on the edge or just outside the 'print volume'
If there are commands generated by the slicer (usually in start gcode) that are outside the "print volume", then OctoPrint provides an optional bounding box which can be larger than the "print volume" for just this purpose.
