YouTube issues with starting steams

Ender 3 Pro
TH3D Unified Firmware
Using Webcamstreamer Plugin version 0.1.1
FPS is set to 15 FPS
resolution is set to 320 x 240

I am unable to get my stream to start despite having the correct stream key and channel id addresses.
I've set up the FFMPEG as well so that has been done already.
I've been having issues ever since youtube switched to the new live dashboard studio.
