Best settings for cr-10s pro

What is the problem?
My first go at 3d printing, and I more or less have used default settings to print items. I'd like to confirm if my settings should be changed to allow jobs to be done in a reasonable/quick time that doesn't impact quality. I'm using Astroprint in conjunction with Octoprint, and it provides an estimate for the job. It always seems it takes considerably longer than the estimate.

Cr 10s pro Pressing home on octoprint goes way left how to make it be like when I press on the 10s pro touch screen . I tried those settings didn’t work

Try to enter G28 X Y Z into the terminal.
If it still homes at the wrong place it's because of your printers firmware.
