What is the problem?

Cannot upgrade to 1.7.3 (From 1.6.1)

What did you already try to solve it?

I have also tried to uninstall octorprint, upgrade to python 3.8, reinstalled octoprint 1.7.3, but the I cannot restore my backup

I can manually reinstall the same version without any problem with "pip install https://github.com/OctoPrint/OctoPrint/archive/refs/tags/1.6.1.zip"
