I can't update my Octoprint 14 to anything newer.

Systeminfo Bundle
You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog ... no bundle, no support!)
Version 1.4.0 does not offer this Systeminfo Bundle, above says 1.6.0 and above do.
Additional information about your setup
OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible
Octoprint version 1.4.0, Octopi 3b+, Printer is Prusa MK3s, browser is Chrome, and Windows 10
