I am considering buying a Qidi Tech Pro printer. I love OctoPrint (actually with a CR10) and will only purchase it if OctoPrint is compatible. Is it?
With same possibilities than with my CR10 ?

There are different Qidi Tech Pro. Which one?
The Q1? The X-CF?
The Q1 runs some kind of Klipper (I don't know of any printer that runs genuine Klipper pre installed)
So it would run out of the box with OctoPrint. Better say: Almost impossible. And that is no Klipper issue, it is the way the manufacturer implements Klipper.

So it's not easy to do. Probably impossible. Too bad for me I like Octoprint.

They connect it with USB but use a plugin "SimplyPrint"
I don't know SimplyPrint but perhaps we are obliged to use the cloud so it's not what I whant.

It is questionable if OctoPrint is of any use with that.
