Hi,

I am using Octoprint on a Pi 3 with Polar Cloud plug connecting to a Creality CR-X.

I am getting the error shown on the attached jpg. The Pi connects for 3-5 seconds and then disconnects automatically.

The CR-X is brand new and is running 1.10.0

Any suggestions?
