Filament runout notice?

What is the problem?

is it posible to be notified when filament has runout , i have a filament sensor conected to the printer board which works great except for the fact it just beeps twice and pauses when the filament runs out ,
is there a way to have octoptint notify me via mqtt so i can get my google mini to say filament has run out or something like that ,
any ideas would be great
thank you
martin

Systeminfo Bundle

You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog ... no bundle, no support!)

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

octoprint deploy , ender 3 , marlin ,ender runout switch ,

If the printer firmware is not set to pass on those events to OctoPrint, there is no chance.

Sounds like Octoprint knows it was paused right.. If that is the case, you can install the MQTT plugIn

Then just set up you Google mini to pick up the event alert from Octoprint when the printer Pauses.

thanks
